What I like about Scarborough UTC Sixth Form

I have made good friends and had new experiences. We take part in mock interviews and I have found these really useful as they helped me prepare for the real thing. I have also had two weeks of work experience as an automotive mechanic.

How Scarborough UTC has helped me with my future

I have had excellent careers guidance and the links with The Royal Navy has helped me get onto my next step as I have applied to be a Marine Engineer in the Nay. The different things I have taken part in with the Navy include the Field Gun Competition and I have also received teaching sessions by the Royal Navy in my engineering classes.

What would you say to someone who is looking for sixth form options about Scarborough UTC

There’s a lot of focused classes here and room for 1:1 support. They offer a wide range of trips and enrichment which I enjoy, I am going to Barcelona at the end of Year 13.
