The staff and students are friendly and the facilities are really good, the building is also open and light. The workshops are great and the teachers are around and want to help you a lot as we as wanting you to learn new things, I am learning different types of welding at the moment.
The Career Development Programme is excellent, my chosen employer who I have been working with is UNISON. I have visited many different companies and I am also leading in The Royal Navy challenge, this has given me opportunities to develop skills which I can take into my future career.
The small classes are very helpful as the teachers are really supportive. The induction was fun and you got to know what the college was about. they also offer a lot of enrichment opportunities, I am going to Barcelona in July and will be visiting Coventry University Engineering Department.
